The art of grand bespoke tailoring
These suits are entirely made by our tailors at 8 rue Pasquier in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. With an exceptional skill of more than 20 years experience, our tailors are able to make your suit in 70 hours. Bespoke suits are essentially made by hand.
Our clients can choose between six lines: Amsterdam, Berlin, London, Milan, Paris, and Rome.
Both lines Amsterdam and Paris are also available in summer jackets: half-lined and without shoulders pads and sleeve rolls.London and Rome are only available for the full bespoke.
The London line is a slim fit line with high armholes and an olive sleeve. The manufacturing process is heavier because English fabrics are heavier too.
The Roma line is a slim fit but comfortable line, the jacket with high armholes and thin shoulder pads. The manufacturing process is extremely lightweight, especially designed for men who wear a suit more than 10 hours a day!
This line is also available with the famous collar of Parisian bespoke tailoring.

These suits can be made in the full traditional or in the half traditional way, with the skill and expertise of very specialised tailors, real artisans. The inner lining of a traditional suit is made of horse-hair. It takes 35 hours to make a traditional man's suit. Exclusively made in Europe.
You can choose between these lines: Amsterdam (regular fit) - Berlin (tall) - Milan (athletic) and Paris (slim fit). The Amsterdam and Paris lines are also available in summer jackets: non-lined and without shoulders pads and sleeve rolls, or horse hair (plastron).
*some fabrics can only be made as half traditional

Made-to-measure will be for sale exclusively on our e-shop www.kees-suits-you.com and your order will be sent directly to you. For customers used to purchasing in our shop, their suits will not be made-to-measure but custom made.

L’aplomb, c’est la deuxième partie essentielle dans un costume ou une tenue sur mesure. Il est uniquement préservé par des maitres tailleurs, qui ont l’expérience et les compétences dans ce domaine de plus de 20 ans !
3. La fabrication
La Demie Mesure - Sur-mesure ou la Grande Mesure, dépend de plusieurs choses. Premièrement, votre mode de vie : si vous voyager beaucoup ou pas, si vous prenez le temps ou non de bien plier vos vêtements et de bien les mettre sur un porte-cintre. Parfois, une fabrication demie traditionnelle réalisée avec soin est préférable à une mauvaise fabrication Traditionnel. Peu import le processus de fabrication que vous choisirez, chez Kees van Beers nous surveillons de près que se soit parfait !
4. Le Tissu
Les tailleurs ont une forte préférence pour les tissus dits « lourds ». On peut qualifier un tissu comme lourd à partir de 300 grammes. Un poids de 350 voir 450 grammes sera préférable pour un costume, afin que l’investissement en vaille la peine. Les tissus choisis proviennent évidement de maisons renommées Italiennes ou britanniques
